YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with a focus on Customer and Event Marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving qualified leads from events (in person/virtual), and customer growth campaigns. Your efforts will primarily target the UK and DACH markets, leveraging a variety of channels, including social media and email marketing.
This is a 12 months fixed contract position.

WHO YOU ARE
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and email marketing.
2. Strong analytical abilities, particularly in conversion rate optimization and quality management.
3. Deep understanding of digital marketing capabilities to align with and deliver business objectives.
4. Technical Skills:
5. Proficiency with digital tools including Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
6. Advanced understanding of web analytics, data interpretation, and reporting metrics (KPIs).
7. Skilled in CRM management, marketing automation, and audience segmentation.
8. Requirements:
9. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or a related field.
10. Strong interest in digital marketing trends, social media, and digital technology.
11. Fluent in English as well as in German (desired).
12. Experience targeting B2B customers and a high level of customer focus.
13. High level of creativity, self-initiative, and a service-oriented approach.
14. Strong time and quality management skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Customer Marketing:
1. Collaborate on the planning, execution, and analysis of customer growth campaigns to drive lead generation in partnership with Global Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer and Sales teams.
2. Develop digital assets such as landing pages, forms, email templates and nurtures as well as automation workflows in HubSpot to boost engagement, optimize call-to-action responses, and enhance conversions.
3. Support growth goals through generating qualified opportunities through digital campaigns and events.
Event Marketing:
1. Lead all planning and execution of prospect and customer events for EMEA and DACH (this includes in person events, virtual events, and webinars).
2. Manage pre-event and post-event strategy to engage leads and move them through the Marketing funnel.
Website Management & Analytics:
1. Manage and maintain the UK and DE regional websites to ensure brand consistency, user engagement, and lead generation optimization.
2. Translate web pages, digital assets, and emails from English to German.
3. Track the success of campaigns and channels, leveraging data to drive continuous improvements in performance and engagement.
4. Manage HubSpot to oversee marketing automation, segmentation, CRM integration, reporting, and dashboard creation.
