The Client
Datacenter People is working with a global leader in data center infrastructure management and connectivity solutions.
What the Job Involves…
1. Maintain high-level expertise of product knowledge and application.
2. Design support of DCIM product based on site surveys, customer drawings, project tenders and field input.
3. Create product technical documentation (catalogue sheets, FAQs, Tech Briefs, Reports, installation instructions, etc.)
4. Provide technical support to sales and to customers onsite or remotely as required on topics including but not limited to product ratings, compliance with local regulations and Standards, safety, functionality, customization, troubleshooting, installation, and pricing.
5. Attend customer-facing meetings which may include providing customer-facing presentations for product solutions and project management updates.
6. Support the management of the customer’s project through the entire sales cycle.
7. Onsite troubleshooting and rework.
8. Technical liaison to the sales team.
9. Training on DCIM product to the Sales network, Customers, and installing contractors.

2. Stable, loyal, and reliable, with a customer-focused personality.
3. Self-reliant, flexible, and resourceful.
4. Basic technical background and a strong interest in technology.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
6. Proficient in technical writing and communication.
7. Prior experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) products.
8. Ability to travel when required.
