Experienced Personal Assistant sought for full-time role working closely with founder and studio manager in creative entrepreneurial environment. Organised and solutions-focused individual required to implement order and structure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage diary, inbox, expense claims, scheduling of meetings and conference calls
* Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications, manage email inboxes, delete junk, file, respond to meeting requests & invitations, flag urgent enquiries and draft emails as directed
* Event administration: reservations, invites, seating plans, track and respond to RSVPs
* Organise documents and imagery, manage records, photo library and track expenses
* Own all admin: filing, correspondence, maintaining up-to-date contact details
Requirements:
* Significant relevant experience working at support level in similar role
* Born planner, prioritises busy workload
* Outstanding computer skills: Word, Power Point, Keynote, Excel, Outlook and Mailchimp
* Impeccable communication skills: written and verbal
* Comfortable with new digital media and technology
* Hyper-organised with excellent co-ordination, time management and prioritisation skills
