Finance Administrator Location: Warrington Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Adaptable Recruitment is supporting a well-established business in their search for a Finance Administrator. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance administration, general administration, or recent graduates in business or finance-related disciplines. Benefits: Private medical insurance options Non-contributory pension scheme. 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 with every year of service) Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely data on costs, revenue, margins, and project performance. Manage and maintain job codes within internal financial systems. Process and review weekly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance. Generate and issue invoices to clients, following up on any outstanding queries to ensure timely payments. Provide financial and administrative support to operational teams and project managers. Collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure smooth reporting and financial operations. Assist during the annual financial audit and other periodic reviews. Carry out additional ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as required. Ideal Candidate: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using Outlook and Teams. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a multi-project, multi-discipline environment is advantageous but not essential. A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
