Job Description
Ecommerce Administrator required by large Independent Builders Merchant based in Newport, IOW. Competitive Salary offered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working with the Ecommerce Manager, as well as other internal & external partners, you will be responsible for supporting the continued development of the company website:
2. Collate, upload and manage product and supplier data.
3. Ongoing enrichment of website data to make the website unique and retail friendly.
4. Write product descriptions with SEO-rich content.
5. Support the upload of content to the Magento CMS (Content Management System).
You:
The ideal candidate must have a natural aptitude for Microsoft; in particular Excel, demonstrating formula and v-lookup capabilities. You must be motivated to complete data tasks to a high level of accuracy and possess first-class communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience of dealing with large data sets.
2. Experience of Adobe Photoshop.
3. Knowledge of Builders Merchant Products and Services.
4. Direct experience of website administration.
5. Some transferable CMS (Content Management System) skills.
