Role overview:
This role requires a team player with flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy and determination to help drive and develop the business alongside the General Manager. We're looking for a manager with the experience of maintaining and developing the standards and reputation, whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
2. Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
4. Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
5. To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
6. To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
7. To always deliver outstanding member service.
8. To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
9. To undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience:
1. Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
2. Can demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations.
3. Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi-task & work unsupervised.
4. Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff.
