The succesful Building Surveyor Role
As the Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of a successful and collaborative team, delivering core professional and project-driven surveying services to a diverse client portfolio.
Projects span multiple sectors, including office spaces, mixed-use developments, hotels, retail, and airports.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional building surveying services across a variety of sectors, managing client expectations and project timelines
Take the lead on projects, from initial client contact through to completion
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development efforts
Work autonomously, ensuring high-quality service delivery and project management
The Ideal Building Surveyor
RICS Chartered (preferred) or equivalent experience
RICS-accredited degree
Experience in a consultancy or private practice setting
Well-rounded expertise across project and professional services
Ability to work independently, confidently managing your own projects
