We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and efficient Electrical Supervisor to join our team at TriConnex. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance across sites and activities of our Electric field teams, ensuring best practices are shared across regions and collaborating with internal departments to meet customer expectations. This successful candidate will be supporting sites in and around Cambridge, Stevenage, and Essex. What will you be doing? As the Electrical Supervisor, you will take a lead role in ensuring that all electrical projects are completed to the highest standards, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Electric Manager/Senior Supervisors in the development of the department and services. Managing and supporting the Electric Site-Based Teams to meet TriConnex’s company objectives. Overseeing the NERs Accreditations and all related documentation. Ensuring all projects are delivered in line with customer expectations, current standards, and best practices. Monitoring contract performance, including Unit Cost Indicators, sub-contractors, and material management. Reviewing work schedules to ensure appropriate resource allocation and KPI data analysis. Driving the recruitment and development of site teams, conducting one-to-ones, and setting personal development plans. Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture and ensuring safe working practices across all departments. Working with third-party organisations (e.g., developers, contractors, DNO & iDNO) to build strong relationships and a network of contacts. The Person: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong operational background within the electricity industry and ideally proven leadership skills. We are looking for individuals who have: Proven background in an operational role within the electricity industry, ideally working for an ICP Supervisory experience would be desirable. Valid EUSR and CSCS certifications would be desirable Valid NRSWA & SMSTS certifications would be desirable Strong H&S knowledge and experience of fostering a positive culture. Experience with electrical projects and operational risk management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and motivate a team.
