COMMERCIAL MANAGER - WEST LONDONOur client is a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices This role will essentially lead on all commercial aspects of the business, including the successful negotiation and management of all contracts, building key relationships both internally and with our customers and ensuring compliance and communication of contractual obligations.Main Duties/Responsibilities· Working with the Business Development team support the contract negotiation with customers· Resolve contractual and commercial problems quickly and efficiently.· Flow down of customer contracts through the organisation and into the supply chain· Responsible for driving and co - ordinating Customer Pricing initiatives balancing profitability with competitiveness· Develop, implement and manage contracts · Successfully handle both short and long term commercial venturesYou will have a proven track record and experience in Aerospace commercial / business development management, a good understanding of National Military contracts and regulations eg ITAR, DEFCONs, FARs, DFARs. Excellent interpersonal skills and financial acumen capable of developing simple to complex business models to support bids and proposals. You will deliver strong experience in customer relationship management at multiple levels.
