Temporary IT Administrator for 8 weeks

We are seeking a highly motivated administrator to join a luxury department store and its technology team to provide support during a period of high volume. This role will commence immediately.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Provide contact to the suppliers and identify where the services need to be cancelled, consolidated or reviewed
* Review outstanding invoices, reconcile payments, arrange payments and investigate any discrepancies
* Create documentation to track invoices and their statuses.
* Liaise with Procurement to review contract terms
* Provide any additional support to the Technology team, as needed - this may include documenting processes, capturing minutes and actions from meetings.
* Support the Technology team in auditing assets (linked to invoices)
Experience needed:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, working in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrable experience involving managing and organising administrative duties, including invoices and data
* Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Confident verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
