Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with flexibility (plus on-call expectations)

Your role at Prestige:
We are looking for a dynamic Care Planner with solid planning and rostering experience that is matched to a flexible, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to join our Peterborough team.
You will be assisting and supporting your Branch Manager in ensuring that key business and compliance targets are met.

The role of Care Planner is always to promote Prestige Nursing & Care as well as ensuring that the utilisation of nursing and care resources is both maximised and aligned with client requirements within defined quality, compliance and safety standards.
The success of this role will be measured by:
1. Member utilisation targets are achieved
2. Effective shift rostering including forward planning resulting in all clients having suitably allocated carers
3. Identifying business growth opportunities
4. Forming strong relationships with the Carers
5. Business KPI’s met
Responsibilities:
6. Member utilisation targets are met
7. To assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets
8. Identify trends to predict future requirements
9. Maintain agreed schedules within agreed targets
10. Maintain accurate records
11. Ensure all members receive comprehensive schedule information
12. Identify absence trends and concerns
13. Drive improved satisfaction levels and rates
14. Maintaining great relationships with existing clients and carers
15. Maintain effective relationships with Branch Manager in resolving schedule conflicts
16. Identify new business opportunities
17. Ensure the effective placement of staff to meet client needs
18. Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required
19. On call duties as arranged locally
20. The role is branch based but may require some travel to other branches/sites to meet the needs of the business.
General Responsibilities:
