Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to mentor and develop team members. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Duties
1. Supervise and support the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales goals.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance performance and drive business growth.
3. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
4. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.
5. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
6. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not essential.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
4. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
