We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Customer Relationship Consultant to manage and develop a key geographical area. You’ll be responsible for retaining current customers while building a strong prospect pipeline to grow the customer base. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire journey, ensuring their needs are met while finding opportunities to maximise revenue. As a key player, you’ll contribute to achieving monthly sales targets, cross-sell products, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a defined customer base within your area. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders. Identify cross-sell opportunities and maximise revenue. Take full ownership of customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
