• Create and review aircraft structural designs, including sheet metal and composite parts.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus/Bombardier standards and maintain quality in design execution.
• Work closely with Stress, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Quality, and Project Management teams.
• Participate in project estimation, risk planning, and technical reviews.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through Value Addition & Value Engineering (VA/VE).
• Support business growth by optimizing design efficiency and manufacturing feasibility.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in aerospace structural design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expertise in CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and PDM tools for CAD data handling.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of ATA chapters in aircraft.
• Experience in should costing and manufacturing processes.
