An established Armagh based business are recruiting an experiencedFinance Manager to oversee the accounting function of the business. The succesful candidate will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company and will form part of the managment team who will be respoonsible for strategic development and planning. Key Responsibilities : Manage all financial aspects of our business including day to day processes eg. sales invoices, purchase invoices, monthly statements, VAT, PAYE, credit control, Intrastat, etc Efficient management of our working capital creditors, banks and stock levels Deal with Import/Export regulatory requirements Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reports. Preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flow forecasts Prep of year end statutory accounts and sign off with auditors Development of cost awareness and efficiencies in all areas of our business. Proactively assist with strategic management decisions Participate in special projects eg.new ERP System installation Skills required : Experience managing day to day accounts in a sales business. Excellent IT and business systems knowledge. Sound financial and fiscal skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Proven business management acumen This role offers an opportunity to be centrally involved in the management of a busy sales business with ambitious plans in place for further expansion.
