Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator

Main responsibilities for the successful Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
1. Manage the full cycle recruitment for your dedicated vacancies as well as supporting team members when needed.
2. Serve as a point of contact for client communications, addressing questions, requests, and concerns.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and experience.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
5. Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, manage the calendar, and follow up as necessary.
6. Track and update candidate progress through each recruitment stage, keeping all parties informed.
7. Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks, reference checks, and document verification.
8. Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
9. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability for the role and provide support in reviewing and shortlisting resumes based on role criteria.
10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
11. Act as a representative of the company, maintaining professionalism when interacting with workers, clients, or the public.
Main requirements for the successful Recruitment Account Co-Ordinator:
1. Previous experience in Recruitment or Staff coordinator role is highly desirable but not essential.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and hiring managers.
4. Meticulous record-keeping to ensure that all candidate information, interview schedules, and onboarding details are accurate.
5. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and the recruitment team.
6. Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even during high-pressure situations or when dealing with setbacks.
7. Clean Driving license.
