Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events
* Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other business documents
* Manage internal communication within the department
* Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
* Assist in project coordination and tracking
* Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
* Perform other secretarial and business support duties as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* Adequate educational qualifications, preferably in a business-related field
* Experience in secretarial and business support roles
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* An ability to multitask and handle pressure
