An Employment Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Employment Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working
Location: Bristol
Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor:
1. Advise on employment law issues for employers and employees.
2. Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
3. Handle disputes, including tribunal and court claims.
4. Support on redundancies, dismissals, and discrimination matters.
5. Provide legal input on business transactions and employment changes.
6. Build strong client relationships and stay updated on legal changes.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Employment Solicitor:
1. 2 + years PQE in Employment law.
2. Be able to handle own cases from start to finish.
3. Take a client-focused approach to every case.
4. Demonstrate the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career.
5. Be able to work as part of a fun, friendly, and dynamic team.
6. Interest and ability to help grow the business and find new opportunities.
7. Strong motivation to produce high-quality work and documents consistently.
