Horizons caters for service users with a wide range of impairments, from moderate learning difficulties to profound and multiple learning difficulties, including severe and complex learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. Horizons also caters for service users with physical disabilities, multisensory impairments, visual impairments, hearing impairments and specific conditions including autism spectrum condition. Due to growth we would like to invite applications from caring and committed candidates to join our dedicated team based between our Turf Lane, Chadderton and Oldham town center sites. This is an important role within the organization, providing support to the service user who require assistance in the bathroom with personal care, eating and drinking, including gastro feeds, (Following training) and supervision. As well as being able to understand the need for care and dignity, candidates must be good team players, have an attention to detail and be flexible in working across multiple sites if required.
