MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with Translink for an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast for experienced Asset Manager - Permanent Way About the role: You will report to the Track Maintenance Manager, leading and managing an information management-based business support function. These supporting functions will work collaboratively with both the Permanent Way Capital & Maintenance teams to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and internationally recognised management and asset standards. You will also support the Permanent Way Department Managers in key decision-making processes relating to both capital and revenue interventions and spend. Essential Criteria Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject e.g. IT, Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction, Engineering, manufacturing. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the successful implementation / management of an accredited asset management system, in a construction, manufacturing or other technical based business sector Experience in setting, forecasting and / or managing budgets. Experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of managing teams to deliver specific business objectives. Full current driving licence with access to a vehicle.
