Job Description What you will be doing: Lead & develop the capital planning (forward maintenance planning) process, tools and management information (MI) for Group Property. Coordinate capital maintenance needs with facilities maintenance teams. Validate maintenance strategy with Site Leadership and Asset Managers. Ensure robust cost estimates. Prioritize projects based on risk within the overall portfolio. Coordinate maintenance portfolio, including cost and priority, with the Businesses. Why Rolls-Royce? Bachelors degree in engineering, technical, or finance subject matter required with 2-4 years of experience in Engineering/Facilities or Operations preferred. Data and process driven, including financial data. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma. Experience with maintenance planning, costing and capital project estimating would be desirable.
