Junior Account Manager
Salary: upto £27,500 plus uncapped commission
Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Horsham, West Sussex

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales or account management career who is eager to learn, develop, and make an impact. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our mobile team while also taking ownership of cross-selling additional products and services to our existing mobile client base. You'll help us drive revenue growth while ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support.

What will you be doing?
Proactively cross-sell additional products and services into our existing base of mobile clients.
Support our mobile specialists with day-to-day tasks, admin, and client communication.
Assist with quoting, order processing, and contract management.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Respond to client queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Provisioning, Billing, etc.) to ensure smooth client journeys.
Identify upselling opportunities and help increase account value.
Contribute to team targets and overall divisional performance.
Required skills & experience
A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and progress in a sales/account management role.
Sales experience transacting with clients primarily by phone or face to face, ideally within a similar industry.
Basic knowledge of mobile device management platforms.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
Confident using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or admin role (desirable, not essential)
Numerate and analytical.
Ability to solve detailed problems and use your own initiative.
Be hardworking.
Be fun and charismatic.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Self-motivated.
