Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Parts Advisor to join our team in South Yorkshire. If you have 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
* Location: South Yorkshire
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
* Saturday: 1 in 4 Saturdays, ½ day
* Salary: £27,000 basic + potential bonus opportunity
* Immediate start available
* Full training provided
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Manage orders received via fax, EDI, email, or telephone.
* Stock Management: Check stock availability and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
* Warranties & Returns: Process warranties and returns within agreed timescales.
* Customer Queries: Own customer queries, providing empathetic responses and ensuring prompt resolutions.
* 1st-Line Help & Technical Advice: Offer support to customers over the phone, email, or in person.
* Maintain Customer Data: Ensure customer information is updated and secured on internal systems.
* Performance: Meet and exceed business KPIs and adhere to best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ Year Automotive Experience (preferred)
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience in Customer Service
