We have posts in both our IMC and community rehab services where you will manage diverse caseload. With structured supervision, CPD opportunities, and a chance to shape service development, you'll thrive in our supportive, integrated Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy team. We're looking for someone with experience in community and/or intermediate care, we would also welcome interest from Band 5's seeking the opportunity to work towards a B6 role as part of a development post. The post holder should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change. Due to the travelling aspect of this role, a British driving license and access to a car are essential (reasonable adjustments will be made). You are expected undertake a comprehensive assessment of patients including those with diverse or complex presentations/multi pathologies; use clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques to provide an accurate diagnosis of their condition.
