Radius is seeking a HR advisor with experience in change / organisational management, recruitment, and general HR duties.
* Ability to use a HR system – Oracle HCM
* HR experience with expertise in organisational change and supporting complex transitions
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and risk assessment
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver sustainable solutions
* Ability to support transformative change in a collaborative, dynamic team
Change Management
* In conjunction with Senior HR Leadership, provide support on a broad range of proactive end-to-end change management activities/initiatives, supporting implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) work stream as a dedicated resource on full change delivery, while shaping the future organisational model.
Recruitment & Onboarding
* In conjunction with the Head of HR team, provide a broad range of proactive end-to-end recruitment process.
* Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings.
* Coordinating new employee inductions and onboarding, including conducting induction sessions and facilitating new hire paperwork.
* Support the implementation of TIE e-recruitment strategy and employer branding to ensure attraction of the best people in an efficient and cost-effective way.
HR Administration
* Data analysis/processing: Provides operational support and input into the annual and one-off auditing processes to ensure that external quality standards continue to be met. Makes operational day-to-day suggestions for improvements or to address non-compliance issues.
* Onboarding and induction of new employees, updating of organisation charts, exit interviews, and analysis of leavers, leaver process.
* Support standard and non-standard reporting & data analysis using HR information system (Oracle HCM). Contributes information to monthly HR board reports.
Employee Relations
* Provides day-to-day advice on employment terms and standard policy interpretation to employees and line managers. Supports the Head of HRBP in HR policy implementation.
* Working closely with the wider HR team, you will also provide advice to line managers on a range of people-related issues, queries, and complex ER casework, ensuring advice is values-led and accurate.
