Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crawley
Salary: £23K - £26K plus regular salary reviews

What will you be doing?
Responding to a high volume of telephone enquiries, providing customers with a superb standard of service
Providing information on company products and services
Communicating with customers in an engaging, confident and polite manner
Managing the email inbox effectively
Logging all activity and correspondence onto the system
Essential skills and experience needed:
Experience working in an office environment and responding to inbound telephone enquiries
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
Competency using computer systems (Microsoft or Google)
A professional telephone manner
Passion for customer service
Excellent work ethic
