Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven office-based Telesales Executive to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, engaging potential clients, and scheduling appointments for their Business Development Manager and UK Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities
This will be a 100% outbound Telesales Executive role with you cold calling prospective clients
Expected call volume will be 40 to 80 calls a day, dependant on quantity of conversations
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment to
sale
Follow up with leads and appointments as necessary to nurture relationships
Achieve monthly targets for leads generated and appointments scheduled
Person Specification
To be successful in this Telesales Executive role you must have worked in a high-volume cold calling environment
Knowledge of sales processes
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Hours of Work, Pay, and Benefits
£29,000 per annum
OTE Circa £34,000
Monday to Friday – 08:45 to 17:15
