Title: Senior Payroll Advisor
Salary: £35,000
Location: Manchester - Hybrid

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure client payrolls are managed timely, accurately, and securely.
2. Owning and taking responsibility for the client journey, always ensuring service excellence.
3. Answering client queries about their Payroll.
4. Liaising with internal stakeholders.
5. Using the CRM to record details of all client interactions.
6. Complete all set tasks accurately and efficiently.
7. Conducting account client reviews.
8. Raising system bugs and improvement ideas with technical support.
9. Knowledge sharing with peers to create a team of payroll experts.
10. Working closely with payroll processors (based in Kochi, India).
11. Maintaining a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in Payroll, at an Advisor or Senior Advisor level.
2. Excellent ability in building positive customer relationships.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Experience of operating within an outsourcing service provider (desirable).
5. Eager to learn and develop.
6. Highly organised and methodical in your approach.
