Role Overview:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport and logistics services. This role is central to maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our business processes, providing essential support to operational teams, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will oversee administrative tasks, coordinate documentation, and assist in regulatory compliance, contributing to the overall success of the company's road haulage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Coordination: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, document handling, and communication between customers and the office.
2. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver compliance, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
3. Compliance and Reporting: Assist with adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, such as health and safety standards, driver hours, and transport licenses, producing reports as needed.

What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
1. 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
2. 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
3. The course is a 14 month long programme
