Job summary The BDCT Adult Speech and Language Therapy team are a small but diverse group of skilled therapists and support workers. We are looking to recruit a band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are working through a service transformation programme. The role would be ideal for a newly qualified therapist with a passion for adult Speech and Language Therapy. We are committed to supporting our team members to progress their careers within BDCT through the development of specialist skills and by offering a wide-ranging experience. We support Service Users with a range of conditions impacting on communication and swallowing. We are embedded within multidisciplinary teams across the district to support the provision of specialist services such as voice therapy, AAC and the management of complex progressive neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson's.
