Customer Team Member
Location: 245 Highfield Road, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0NX
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 8 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6:45am), afternoons, late evenings (until 11pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – putting customers first in everything you do, responding to queries, and championing Co-op products.
* Work together with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
* Ensure store safety and compliance – keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices and dates are accurate.
* Support the introduction of new products and services.
* Engage with local community activities and events.
