Our Clients; award winning removals and storage providers worldwide, are currently looking to appoint an experienced Removals Sales Consultant to join their team in Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and working with colleagues, external suppliers and subcontractors, as Removals Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating specification and project opportunities through existing and new client base, for the company's UK department.
Removals Sales Consultant duties include:
1. Identifying opportunities and successfully qualifying new leads
2. Building strong working relationships to drive value within the services provided
3. Handling and resolving complaints and objections
4. Focusing on Scheme Creation / Business Development / Client and Partner Experience
5. Building strong relationships with appropriate agents and high profile business figures
6. Actively promoting the business via social media activity, networking and webinars in line with the long-term business plan and strategy as and when required
7. Carrying out technical CPD, attending seminars and training sessions to actively increase profile and own core skills
8. Carrying out in-depth video and site based surveys at customers home in-order to provide detailed quotations
9. Assisting the marketing department with project workings and case studies to generate business interest
10. Driving revenue and profit margin to achieve personal, team and business targets
11. Having up to date knowledge of competitor activity, reporting significant events/situations to the wider Group
12. Working closely with line managers to ensure all KPI's are met
13. Attending monthly sales meetings to report, sales data information supporting monthly wins, pending accounts, promising future prospects and the following month's targets, actions and booked meetings
14. Reporting risks and providing instruction to employees and subcontractors
15. Ensuring all operations under your direct control strictly adhere to company OH&S and Environmental policies at all times and reporting any incidents in relation to OH&S or environmental policy to senior management
We are keen to speak with self-motivated people who have at least 3 years sales and customer service experience within the Removals/Relocation industry, with domestic, European and international knowledge being a distinct advantage. Candidates must be able to work independently and within a team, have excellent customer service skills as well as strong administration and organisational skills.
In return, the successful Removals Sales Consultant will be offered up to £40,000 in line with skills and experience, plus commission.
