Bench Hand Joiner - Permanent Position Location: Leicester Salary: £15 - £18 per hour (PAYE) We are seeking a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join a large bespoke fit-out company based in Leicester. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture and assemble high-quality bespoke joinery items to meet client specifications. Work from technical drawings and plans to produce precision joinery work. Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively. Quality control checks to ensure all work is to the highest standard. Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and requirements. Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.Requirements: Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner, ideally within a bespoke fit-out environment. Strong skills in joinery techniques, including assembly and finishing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop setting.
