Senior Estimator
Essentials
1. Degree qualified in Design, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
2. Have a minimum of 5 years in an estimating role within a comparable organisation.
3. MUST have previous experience of working in FF&E, fitout/furniture environment.
4. Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Experience with AutoCAD and/or 3D software desirable.
Purpose of Role
To assist the Bid department in securing projects/orders for the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Download and file Tender enquiries in line with company procedures.
2. Preparation of quote template and proposed product information.
3. Negotiate with supply partners such as discounts, payments, terms, etc.
4. Attend pre and post tender meetings with clients to discuss our quote.
5. Provide support and advice to Graduate estimators.
6. Be part of the team producing winning bids and tenders for some of the most high-profile Student accommodation, Residential, and Hotel projects in the country.
