The Head and Governors seek to appoint a highly motivated, financially astute and commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) as a key member of the School Leadership Team.
The appointed COO will need to demonstrate proven ability in executive leadership and financial control whilst offering strategic vision within a changing sector. Along with the ability to deliver first class operational oversight, the COO will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a highly capable multi-functional team.
Whilst formal accountancy qualifications are not essential, the successful candidate will possess considerable financial analysis/reporting skills and strong commercial acumen.
