As a Customer Service Executive you will beresponsible for offering excellent standards of Customer Service, handling customer queries and updates. This is a varied role, also including supply chain and purchasing responsibilities, ensuring stock meets the needs of customers. You will also handle ad hoc administration and support senior staff. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound queries via telephone, live chat, post and email. Updating customers and third parties when facing delays. Chasing outstanding purchase orders and invoices. Cover specialist departments when required. Work closely with the Accounts Team, regarding supplier invoicing. Provide customers with updates on their orders. Ad hoc administration. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge. processing orders, returns and exchanges Liaising with suppliers, regarding stock levels and purchasing. Coordinate bookings/appointments via the in-house system. Ideally, you will/be: A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service position Any experience in stock control or purchasing would be be an advantage but can be taught Proficient Microsoft Office and IT skills. Self-organised and able to adapt per workloads. Offer excellent customer service skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
