We are seeking a SEND Support Administrator.
Grade D – salary points 9-11 - TTO+10 Days
Actual Salary per annum £22,442 - £23,211 pa (FTE £25,119 - £25,979 pa)
Key Aspects of the Role
* To be responsible for all Inclusion Department administration to ensure that processes are met effectively within the deadlines: to be responsible for the production of all appropriate letters and communication with parents and students in accordance with the Academy's procedures and current local national requirements
* Manage files and special exam arrangement paperwork in the Inclusion Department
* Support SENDCO in the production of learning passports and schedule annual and SEND reviews
* Ensure accuracy of SEND and additional needs register
* Diary management for SENDCO
* Lead first-aid rota, ensure accurate health care plans and administer medication
* Maintain SEND attendance, behaviour and progress data in SIMS to ClassCharts
* Co-ordinate with external agencies and book appointments as needed
