You will be responsible for:
* Undertaking inspections of PRHA's properties
* Reporting repairs
* Letting vacant properties
* Arranging tenant meetings
* Liaising with tenants regarding tenancy matters
Key requirements include:
* Educated to degree level
* Excellent knowledge of IT, Microsoft Packages, and digital technology
* Effective communication skills and understanding of older people's needs
* Basic understanding of property maintenance
* Valid UK driving licence with access to a car for work purposes
Previous relevant experience is desirable, but transferable skills such as delivering excellent customer service, leadership, and knowledge of property management are also valued.
