About The Role

We are really keen to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in SW18 on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Financial Reporting Manager in the TFG Accounting & Reporting team, you will deliver on the following key roles and responsibilities:
1. Ownership of the delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy in reporting for the following areas across the TFG Group (all brands):
2. Revenue, COGS & margin
3. Stock
4. Logistics/stockholding costs
5. Marketing
6. Responsible for presenting results to senior finance management on a monthly basis, including detail understanding of the underlying drivers of the results and analysis of variances from key benchmarks (including budgets, forecasts and prior periods).
7. Delivering a timely and accurate financial statement close process on a monthly basis, and maintaining appropriate financial control frameworks
8. Partnering closely with the following teams across the business to support operations and business decisions by providing financial insight and analysis:
9. Commercial finance team
10. Warehouse & stock control teams
11. Buying & merchandising teams
12. Brand & retail teams
13. Ecommerce team
14. Marketing team
15. Customer care team
16. Key point of contact during year end audit and internal audit process
About You
To be successful in the role Financial Reporting Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
17. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified – with demonstrated PQ development
18. Experience working in a finance team for a retail / consumer product business, particularly with stock experience preferred
19. Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
20. Experience in successfully managing a team
21. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
22. Strong professional communication skills
23. Act as a collaborative team player
24. Attention to detail and consistent approach with focus on delivering results
