We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to join our team at Clydebank Town Hall.
Situated in West Dunbartonshire, Clydebank Town Hall is an iconic B-listed building incorporating a historic exterior combined with a modern spacious interior which houses events space, a museum, gallery and Council Offices.
Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a proven track record in event or venue management with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Acting as the key contact for events, the postholder will also meet and greet clients, promoting the Town Hall as a civic, cultural and events venue providing detailed information and accurate costings for a range of event packages.
The successful candidate will also support the Facilities Management service within Educational establishments, supporting the effective delivery of our Cleaning, Janitorial and Catering services. Working as part of a small and committed team, they will be supporting the effective day to day operation of Clydebank Town Hall and its many functions and ensuring seamless delivery of events.
With proven experience in contributing to the operation of a successful venue and leading events, you will be joining the team at a time of investment where you can actively contribute to our future success.
The ideal candidate should be detail-orientated and highly productive with a proactive and flexible approach.
This is a 35 hours contract working predominately 5 days over 7 and due to the nature of the business will involve evening and weekend work.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
