About the Role: Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: Newcastle Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities across the curriculum. Supporting individual students or small groups to ensure they’re fully engaged in their learning. Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. Working with students with additional needs to support their learning and well-being. Preparing classroom materials and resources for lessons. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience in a primary school setting, ideally working with Key Stage 1 or 2. A real passion for supporting children’s development and learning. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the students.
