An opportunity has arisen to join the P&O Ferries team in Cairnryan Port, Scotland as a Customer Operations Agent. We are looking to recruit this role on a permanent basis with the successful candidate working 30 hours a week (1560 hours annually).
You will work as part of a team to support the management team to deliver a cost-effective, customer-focused check-in and disembarkation service to tourist and freight customers booked to travel through the Port, ensuring the safety of all at all times, and ensuring our ships depart consistently on time or earlier.
Successful candidates will:
1. hold a driving licence,
2. have strong IT skills and ideally,
3. a working knowledge of IMDG code and hazardous procedures,
4. have strong customer service skills, and
5. the ability to work under pressure in all weather conditions.
