As our Site SHEQ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, health, environmental, and quality standards across our sites. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining SHEQ systems and procedures, while fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Health & Safety: Manage accident investigations, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and training. Monitor contractor compliance and challenge unsafe behaviors.
* Quality & Environment: Support quality and accreditation initiatives, drive sustainability efforts, and manage environmental compliance.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with health, safety, and environmental legislation and ensure adherence.
* Incident Response: Provide support and expertise during incident response activities.
* Training & Development: Deliver training programs to enhance SHEQ knowledge and skills.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SHEQ performance.
What We're Looking For:
1. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, NEBOSH Fire Certificate preferred.
2. Must have a good general level of education (Sixth Form, College)
