Our client based in Northampton require an enthusiastic Property Sales Administrator to join their team working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required. Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders. Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales. Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties. Requirements: Must have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties. Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure.
