The Project Manager will join a small team who are responsible for managing all post production activities including logistics planning, retail installation, maintenance, and warranty management of their clients' in-store marketing campaigns and displays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creation of detailed installation & maintenance estimates and briefs.
2. Management of outsourced installation suppliers including training installers on initial briefs.
3. Working in collaboration with the production Project Manager & internal teams.
4. Operation and updating of bespoke online services portal.
5. Accurate management and improvement of project margin.
6. Detailed project planning and management, including regular updates and accurate reporting of project status.
7. Proactively providing solutions to changes and challenges to keep the project on track & on budget.
Key Skills/Experience:
1. Experience in a retail display creative or production environment is essential.
2. Strong project management & coordination skills.
3. Technical aptitude and the ability to read technical drawings would be an advantage.
4. Experience of online portals & ERP software.
5. Fluid and clear engagement across all internal teams & external suppliers.
6. High level of initiative & proactivity with the ability to work autonomously & balance multiple projects while meeting quick turnaround deadlines.
7. Flexibility to travel to UK/Ireland sites.
