The Role:
The Purpose of the Role:
To support the development and execution of efficient and innovative store layouts and designs that enhance customer experience and align with the brands operational goals and strategies.
•
Collaborate with data analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate and up to date information.•
Use excel to organise and track store layouts, fixture plans, and data.•
Works with store planning manager, commercial teams, architects, format, and retail.•
Tracks project timelines, and deliverables.•
Analyses data and reports to store planning manager.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
•
Knowledge of store planning, customer flow, and operation efficiencies. •
Understanding of building regulations and compliance standards. •
Proficiency in Autocad•
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting•
Measurement and space optimization expertise •
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills •
Proven experience in senior stakeholder management within a retail or planning environment
