Job summary The People Development Manager for Leadership and Management will design, deliver, and oversee leadership and management development initiatives within the People Development Service of Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The role will focus on enhancing organisational performance and people development capability through cultivating leadership that fosters talent, supports succession planning, and embeds inclusive leadership practices to drive cultural transformation and high performance. They will ensure colleagues have the support, resources, and development needed to meet expected standards and competencies, excel and inspire as a leader or manager.
