Contract type: Permanent Schedule: Full-Time Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team of Cleaners overseeing operations in Southampton – based in The Courts of Justice, SO15 2XQ on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is an annual salary of £27,500 per annum plus benefits package. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm with flexible starting and finishing time due to operations needs What will you deliver? As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. For this role, you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance, therefore ability to pass is essential. What can we offer you? Essential Qualifications/Experience Driving License, UK Valid Previous experience of supervising and multi-siting. Must pass BPSS security clearance. Desirable Qualifications/Experience: COSHH Knowledge BICS training or willing to undertake training within job role. Additional languages desirable Who are we?
