Business Process Optimisation
As a Financial Business Process Optimiser at BAE Systems, you will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance systems and processes. This will involve collaborating with the wider Finance Systems team and IM&T to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business performance.

Requirements
Essential:
* Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO or similar ERP systems, including system administration, reporting, and driving process improvements within the finance sector
* Solid background in accounting and finance, with a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and their impact on business performance
