An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and professional Sales Client Services Co-ordinator to join our client’s team based in Beaconsfield. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound telephone calls and manage incoming sales email enquiries.
* Distribute client requests to the appropriate internal or external teams in line with established procedures.
* Address and resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing client quotations, proforma invoices, and RFPs.
* Ensure payments are received in full before dispatching items.
* Maintain accurate records within the company CRM, including client notes, quotations, and communication history.
* Manage incoming web chat enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven experience in a client services or customer-facing environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in a European language (desirable but not essential).
* Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
